How old are you? You should be no less than 15 years old to start the process. This process varies depending on your age and time with your learner’s permit.
Where do you currently live? We are going to cover Florida state only. Each state has different rules and regulations. Please make sure you follow up with your state.
What is your immigration status in the United States? You must have a legal immigration status in the U.S. to obtain Florida Driver’s License. (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Visa holder, etc.)

3 Steps for obtaining a FL drivers license
Step 1. DRUG AND ALCOHOL COURSE (TLSAE).
This 4-hour course is a must for anybody who would like to obtain the Florida driver’s license.
You may complete the course online if you have never had a valid driver’s license in the US or a foreign country. If you carry a valid (not expired) foreign drivers license you DON’T need to compete the course.

Our office – After you successfully pass the driving test, you will be given a confirmation number and will need to go to a government agency responsible for driver's licenses in order to obtain your Driver’s License.
